Swiss greens have so many vitamins such as A, C and antioxidants loaded inside. There is nothing like a bowl of collard greens and cornbread on a special occasion.  Most African American homes eat collard greens and cornbread with black-eyed peas.  What's the difference between preparing west African stew and collard greens?
