My Journey Through Le Cordon Bleu My Journey through Le Cordon Bleu I wanted to share my pictures of my school because it was a journey going through Le Cordon Bleu. I lost my mom in the middle of my second year.  I did not have the strength to finish school but I managed to complete my studies. I set a goal and I made up my mind that I will do this for myself and my mother because of everything that she taught me. One thing about having a passion is when your life is hit with a tragedy, everything that is raging inside brings out the best in you. Everyone has a hidden talent no matter what type of situation you're in. I encourage you to make your hobby into your dream job. I started collecting pastry tools on down to pans and I would practice my culinary techniques everyday before and after school.    I can remember confessing one day to the head chef where I worked in a bakery long long ago.
