day 2 finished peas
No one warned me of the agony of shelling the black-eyed peas for making moin-moin! I watched several You-tubers whip together the ingredients, yet they disclosed the part of shelling the peas. Yes-it looks so easy on YouTube but, do not be fooled. It takes blood, sweat, and tears to make this tasty dish. This brings back memories of shelling peas until my hands turned purple with pain. With trial and error of preparing this meal; I must say it turned out very nice and deliciously well in the end.
