Build up your Immune System with Soup

Build Your Immune System With Soup

Chicken Soup

Whenever I feel sick or begin to develop aches and pains, I quickly start cooking up a delicious healthy soup to build back up my immune system.  Even if the weather is hot in Texas or wherever you may be at the moment, hot steaming soup can give you a soothing feeling inside out to help heal your body.  One of the best ingredients that I recommend is using garlic and anise seeds in your soup. This will help boost your body back to life. Sometimes you may not feel like cooking because your body is tired and weak. But the main thing is to get some liquids into your body and plenty of vitamins like vitamin C, zinc and B 12.  I promise you within a few days you will start feeling a little better by the end of the week.

Simple Beef Vegetable Soup

There is something about vegetable soup that makes you feel better after having two bowls. I would also suggest that you drink plenty of liquids like lemon tea, and ginger tea as well. I try to drink a glass of orange juice in the morning along with my vitamins. Right now all over the world so many people are sick; or you may know someone in the hospital trying to pull through this sickness.  My heart goes out to all families who have lost a loved one. We have to stay strong and go through this journey together. Hang in there, stay strong and healthy. Try to exercise three times a week, even if it's only 15 minutes a day. We can do this because we are in this together.

Sending blessings and love. Nicole
